Wrapping their deliciously smooth soft serves in a 24Kt edible gold-leaf, it’s almost too bling to eat (almost!). While the edible gold trend has definitely taken off, these guys are some of the OG’s in the business, manufacturing gold everything – think coffee, rice, face masks and lip balm because everything is better when it’s dripping in gold (right?).

When the Eurythmics sang “sweet dreams are made of these” they were definitely talking about the dreamy ice creams at Milk Train in London (#fact!). Being the good folks that they are, the girls behind Naked Dough noticed a serious lack of the delicious edible dough in the UK, so they got to work on fixing that by curating a menu of delicious flavours. While this little London beauty isn’t technically ice cream, it’s easily the next best thing, so we’ve popped it on the list regardless. And with over six flavours to choose from, and an endless supply of delicious choc chips, candy, crushed nuts and biscuit chunk toppings – the only decision is one, two or three scoops!

The self-professed makers of ‘odd food’ – Oddies in Hong Kong’s central district is a must for the adventurous foodies. While the unique gelato flavour combos like honey gelato mixed with marshmallows, confetti cake crumbs, and cornflake clusters are definitely worth getting excited about, it’s the custard-filled eggette waffles that are the real showstoppers. Instead of your usual waffle, here the batter is squeezed between two plates filled with little semi-spherical cells that create a fluffy waffle with little pockets of goodness for the ultimate taste explosion with every bite!
